Service Description

A quick 30 minute interval based cardio session designed for all abilities. If you are new or returning to exercise take your time and go steady. If you are a regular trainer then go for it, push yourself to the limit. Where ever you sit on the fitness scale you'll fit in just fine whilst also leaving the session knowing you've had a tough workout.
