HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training) is great for fat loss and will also improve your fitness. We use a variety of total body exercises for short intervals, producing the maximum results in minimum time.
£7 per session, pay as you train.
Based on the same principles as our HIIT class, this is a class that anyone can come to and be tailored to you if needed. If you're completely new to training and want to loose a bit of weight, if you haven't been training for a while and want to get back into exercise or if you find the idea of going to other classes a bit daunting, because you've heard how hard they are then this is the class for you.

Bootcamp is about training hard and having fun no matter what your level of fitness. Half the session is inside and the other half outside, great for anyone who enjoys training outdoors. It's a mixture of resistance training and cardio, allowing you to train in a way that you may not have done before.
