DEKA IS A FITNESS COMPETITION MADE UP OF 10 STATIONS. WITHIN OUR DEKA THURSDAY SESSIONS, WE EMULATE THESE STATIONS. GIVING YOU A FEEL FOR WHAT THE COMPETITION IS ALL ABOUT.

IF DEKA ISN'T SOMETHING YOU'RE INTERESTED IN DOING, NO PROBLEM! THIS IS STILL A STAPLE SESSION TO INCREASE YOUR STRENGTH, POWER AND ENDURANCE.

THERE'S NO BETTER WAY TO SPEND YOUR SATURDAY MORNINGS. BOOTCAMP IS A 60 MINUTE SESSION, BROKEN DOWN INTO 6-8 3:30 MINUTE STATIONS, WITH A FINISHER AT THE END.

IT'S A SIMPLE CONCEPT, WITH HUGE RESULTS OFF THE BACK END.
