Welcome to the FORDERS ONLINE programme. From the intermediate to advanced trainer this programme delivers structure, intent, and progression to all components of your training. With Hyrox in mind it covers all that is required for you to improve on your next performance or get you ready for your first one. With it's Hyrox based roots we also back this programme for anyone looking to improve their overall fitness and strength within the "hybrid" training world, making you ready for anything.

 

What's included:

  • Up to 3 run sessions

  • Up to 3 weights sessions

  • FORDERS weekly Hyrox session

  • FORDERS RACE NIGHT session

  • FORDERS BOOTCAMP session

We have included online versions of some of our signature sessions ran at FORDERS GYM so you to can train in the same way our in person members train week in week out, making robust, fit and strong individuals.

Upon sign up you also receive a PDF document to help organise your week, so what ever your training commitments the program can work for you.

Message us in app with any questions or issues you may have to help guide you. Receive personalised running pace times based on your running performance to ensure progress with your running. Chat with others on the programme via the group messaging function to connect with other training with you.
