The FORDERS HYROX Programme is built for people who want to go all in on their training – the ones who are chasing faster splits, stronger stations, and better race-day performance.

This isn’t just another hybrid workout. It’s a progressive programme that’s structured, intentional, and designed around the real demands of HYROX. Tested, refined and proven by FORDERS athletes who’ve stood on podiums around the world.

You’ll train on the same kit you race with, featuring concept ERGs, accurate wall ball targets, heavy sleds and a private 1km run track, while being held to account on movement standards. Every session is designed to build the pace, endurance, and discipline needed to perform when it counts.

The best part? You’re not doing it alone. You’ll train shoulder to shoulder with some of the best hybrid athletes in the world - HYROX World Record Holders, World Championship Qualifiers and even members of the Elite 15.

If you’re serious about raising your game, this is the place to do it. At FORDERS, the training standard is high, the sessions are hard, and our community makes it impossible not to improve.

PURPOSE-BUILT ENVIRONMENT

Train on our private, fully-lit 1km track. No traffic, no interruptions, so you get a real feel for the compromised runs and transitions.

RACE-STANDARD EQUIPMENT

Every station uses high-quality kit that you’ll find at a HYROX, with enough equipment to fit 30–40 athletes per session across all stations simultaneously.  No queues, no downtime, just full race flow.

STRUCTURED
PROGRESSION

Programmed with purpose by the Forders coaching team, each phase builds progressively, developing your volume, intensity, and efficiency across all HYROX movements, from SkiErg and sleds to wall balls and carries.

COMMUNITY AND ATMOSPHERE
