SUMMER STRIVE
Strive is back; a one day team event set to test grit and teamwork as you battle out across 3 workouts to qualify for the final and go head-to-head with the best teams to win the Summer Strive gold baton. Teams of 6 compete in either the all male, all female or mixed team categories.

About the event
Summer Strive is a one day competition that is suitable for all abilities competiting in all male, all female or mixed (3 male and 3 female) teams.
Teams of 6 battle it out across 3 workouts throughout the day; the engine room, equaliser and sports day. These workouts are a mixture of weighted and body weight movements including lunges and wall balls alongside running and ergs. Full details of the workouts can be found here.
The top teams from each category then compete head to head to find the winner in a forth and final knockout workout. The winning team will be awarded the official Summer Strive Gold Baton.
